What the Assets page controls

The Assets page is where your calculator links meet your marketing materials. You can choose whether the downloadable assets should point to your residential or commercial calculator, then download graphics designed for ads, mailers, open houses, and direct outreach.

Each calculator keeps its own stable link. That means you can change settings later without needing to reprint every link or QR code you have already shared.

The Assets page lets you choose the calculator destination, tune per-calculator settings, and copy stable public links.

Calculator settings on each record

Each calculator record includes settings that affect the public calculator experience. Require Address controls whether visitors enter a property address before seeing the calculator inputs. Show Intro Sections controls whether the educational intro blocks appear above the calculator.

  • Use Require Address when address quality matters for follow-up.
  • Leave Require Address off when you want the fewest possible starting steps.
  • Use intro sections when the audience needs context before entering numbers.
  • Hide intro sections when the visitor already understands why they are there.

How to choose the asset destination

Only one calculator is selected for the downloadable assets at a time. Select the calculator you want the asset QR codes to open, then download the asset. If you later switch the selected calculator, new downloads will use the new destination.

Why this matters

Assets can become a meaningful part of the subscription because they give you practical ways to put the calculator in front of sellers. As new templates are added, you can keep using the same workflow with fresh creative.

Downloadable assets turn calculator links into practical advertising creative for mailers, ads, and open houses.
