4. Lead Routing and Commercial Real Estate Offices
NetMore CRE is a lead-generation and property analysis platform.
When a property owner submits information through the Property Analyzer or another lead-generation feature, the information may be provided to the participating commercial real estate office or agent assigned to the applicable territory.
The receiving commercial real estate office or agent may independently contact the property owner regarding the property or potential real estate services.
Participating offices and agents are independent users of the NetMore CRE platform. Their subsequent collection, use, and handling of personal information may be subject to their own privacy practices and legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party technology and service providers to operate the Services.
These providers may process information on our behalf or in connection with their services.
Providers may include:
- Clerk for authentication, account management, and subscription-related functionality
- Supabase for database and backend infrastructure
- Vercel for application hosting and infrastructure
- Postmark for transactional email delivery
