Assets
Turn property analyzer links into reusable advertising assets
Use the Assets page to choose which property analyzer your downloadable materials open and download ready-to-use creative.
What the Assets page controls
The Assets page is where your property analyzer links meet your marketing materials. You can choose whether the downloadable assets should point to your NetMore CRE Property Analyzer or NetMore Residential Property Analyzer, then download graphics designed for ads, mailers, open houses, and direct outreach.
Each property analyzer keeps its own stable link. Property analyzer copy, default assumptions, address requirements, and optional sections are configured on the Property Analyzers page, while Assets stays focused on QR destinations and downloadable creative.
How Assets works with property analyzer settings
The selected property analyzer controls the link and QR code used by newly downloaded assets. The destination card shows the live URL, a copy-link action, a View Property Analyzer action, and a copyable QR code. The property analyzer's public page behavior is still controlled separately on the Property Analyzers page.
- Choose NetMore Residential when the asset should open the residential seller property analyzer.
- Choose NetMore CRE when the asset should open the commercial seller-carry property analyzer.
- Use the Property Analyzers page when you need to change the headline, CTA, address requirement, optional sections, or defaults.
How to choose the asset destination
Only one property analyzer is selected for the downloadable assets at a time. Select the property analyzer you want the asset QR codes to open, then download the asset. If you later switch the selected property analyzer, new downloads will use the new destination. The public links themselves stay stable.
Why this matters
Assets can become a meaningful part of the subscription because they give you practical ways to put the property analyzer in front of sellers. As new templates are added, you can keep using the same workflow with fresh creative.

Educational use only
NetMore provides property analyzer scenarios and educational resources. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, lending, securities, or real estate advice. Deal terms should be reviewed with qualified professionals before they are used in a transaction.
