Update

Office subscriptions now use a single Basic territory plan

Pro and Enterprise territory tiers were removed. Every office subscribes to Basic with one exclusive commercial territory.

  • Onboarding no longer asks you to choose between tiers — Basic is selected automatically.
  • Territory management no longer offers plan upgrades when you reach capacity.
  • Pricing and help content now describe the single Basic plan only.

Guide and CRE experience aligned with territory subscriptions

The Guide, FAQs, and What's New now reflect immediate office billing, territory tiers, and the refreshed Profit Pulse CRE analyzer.

  • Subscription guidance no longer references a free trial — all tiers bill when you checkout.
  • Territory tier copy now lists 1 Exclusive commercial territory on Basic (3 or 5 on Pro and Enterprise).
  • The CRE Profit Pulse layout puts live net proceeds first on mobile, with a tighter unlock card flow.

Residential and CRE property analyzer pages now lead with clearer seller-facing copy, show monthly income and interest sooner, and make large CRE scenarios easier to adjust.

  • The public property analyzer hook, CTA, creative financing description, and disclaimer were simplified so sellers can understand the comparison faster.
  • The live results section now shows the projected difference, monthly creative financing income, total interest earned, and term before the full breakdown.
  • CRE sale price now supports scenarios up to $100M, annual NOI supports up to $10M, and the large-range sliders use a segmented scale so common values remain easier to control.
  • Verified property address capture now uses a cleaner field treatment, keeps ZIP metadata behind the scenes, and can be edited from the breakdown header.
  • Agent cards now read Presented by [Agent Name] and expose phone, SMS, email, and website actions more directly.
